I have been training with Ian for about 2 years now, what started out as assistance for triathlons, turned into a one year journey in preparation for the Cape EPIC 2023.

I had never really done stage races much less ride the distances that is required by EPIC but Ian was up for the challenge and supported me all the way.

What I really like about Ian is that he does not only look at the performance/training aspect of his athletes but looks at the athlete as a whole.
